You are solely responsible for accurately identifying and disclosing all allergens in your food products to customers. Always verify allergen information independently before selling food products.

6. Intellectual Property

The CookingCost service, including its design, code, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Blue Spruce Botanical Company LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all recipe data and content you create and enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your recipe data.

Recipe data you save is stored locally on your device using browser local storage. We do not have access to your saved recipes. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve.
